With the stringent implementation of the production management system to achieve the highest level of products sanitation and safety, as well as ensure the excellence and reliability of our finished products delivered to you. The accreditation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) assuring the safe and hygiene process as well as high quality of the product in order to fulfil customer requirements.
Safety and quality
We are committed to the highest standard of product quality and food safety throughout the total production process. We strongly believe that it is the responsibility of all our staff as a whole. The regular verification activities are performed by our Quality Assurance team to ensure all activities adhere to the standard and requirements.
All raw materials and packing materials supplied by our suppliers will be inspected to ensure the materials comply with the standards required. We also work closely with third parties laboratories to perform physical, chemical and biological analysis on our finished products, plant equipment and facilities to ensure meet the standard requirements.
We are committed to continuing to maintain the high standard of processing environment in order to deliver sales and quality products. The manufacturing facilities are designed for the best production practices according to the standard with proper controlled records and procedures including cleaning, sanitation, waste management, personal hygiene and pest control system.
Our facilities are regularly inspected by the relevant authorities to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations.
Our certification
We are licensed GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP “Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) manufacturer by Malaysia Ministry of health and SIRIM. All products manufactured by us are strictly controlled and monitored with GMP and HACCP environments. This is to ensure that our standard operating procedure and production management process are based on the validation of stringent government certification bodies such as the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) and other accredited bodies.
Our premises, manufacturing process and products are also recognised by JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia), the Malaysia Department of Islamic Development as HALAL, ensuring the cleanliness and purity of the products for Muslim consumers.
We are working closely with government agencies and carry out all the regulatory activities pertaining to the production process and products in order to provide solutions with the best outcome at the lowest cost. We are audited on a regular basis by authorities and customers to ensure that we are working and operating to the highest standard of the process requirements
